CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy – Salty Sisters

We understand that plans can change. Because these trips require coordination with guides and limited space, the following policies apply:

Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the trip: Full refund or option to transfer to another trip (if available)

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the trip: 50% refund or transfer option

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip: No refund

You are welcome to transfer your spot to another person if you can no longer attend.

Weather & Ocean Conditions

  • If a trip is canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer to another trip

Minimum Participation
Some trips require a minimum number of participants. If that minimum is not met, we may:

  • Reschedule the trip, or

  • Issue a full refund

No-Shows

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • Fishing conditions can vary, and catch is not guaranteed

  • We will communicate important updates leading up to your trip
