Terms & Conditions

Registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Any unpaid balance after the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 15 or more days before the adventure: You may cancel and receive a refund of payments made, less a $25 administrative fee, or choose a full-value credit toward another available Salty Sisters adventure.

  • 14 days or fewer before the adventure: Payments are nonrefundable unless we are able to fill your spot or approve a replacement participant. Any refund in those circumstances may be reduced by disclosed, unrecoverable costs.

  • If Salty Sisters or the captain cancels: You may choose a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

You may request to transfer your reservation to another eligible participant with advance approval from Salty Sisters.

Weather & Fishing Conditions

Fishing adventures depend on weather, river conditions, and safety considerations. The captain or guide makes the final decision about whether conditions are safe. Meeting times, fishing locations, and itineraries may change.

Catching fish is never guaranteed.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by their guide, wear required safety equipment, and behave respectfully toward guides and fellow participants.

Participants are responsible for obtaining any required fishing license, tags, or endorsements unless otherwise communicated.

Please let us know in advance about any accessibility needs or accommodations that may help you participate safely and comfortably.

Personal Belongings & Photography

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

Salty Sisters may take photos and videos during adventures. We will ask for your permission separately before using identifiable images of you for promotional purposes.

Acknowledgment
